My suggestion for the forums is to increase the time slot for editing and deleting a post from 5 minutes to an infinite amount of time (or at least an hour). Why? Well, for example, if a user made a post and someone was offended by it, they could then delete or edit the post in response.
This will also help sort out any accidental dupe topics and users can also delete any trade topics from the Trade board in case the items are unavailable for trade.
