did the do. Also added a pending teamban on raccoon because he opened cells w/o warden's permission and armory camped.
Also you should add the steamID to the report instead of their steam profile link, for example Noob's steamID is STEAM_0:0:178513543
You can easily find a player's steamID by searching for the player via HLStats or inserting their profile link into a website like SteamIO
