Has two bans; EvoWarrior5 - 3d ban, spamming mic/chat, Benedevil (Permanent ban, stealing and disrespect).

He has one communication block from EvoWarrior5 as well.

I would say unban as it has been over a year since his previous ban, and two bans for a permanent? That's not right.

The community as a whole is a lot less severe compared to what it was like, so an unban would be the right thing to do.
