Why were you punished? I have no idea why, i was tryna talk to _Black in game just now and he heard me call his name but then all the rest no one could hear

Why should we revoke your punishment? Not even sure if its cuz i was saying Black's name in the vc or not but it said i was gagged in the server chat, even though my previous gag appeal was accepted

Got a message by banana today to remove gags he needs removing. Apologies for the wait on that.

As for the rest of your confusion you are not muted. Mutes block you from voice chat, gags block you from text chat. Jailbreak also has a system of muting red team. The first minute of the round (exception in first day freeday) reds are muted. Also when you die, either blue or red, you get muted. This is part of the gamemode to avoid spam.
