-help new players on the server
-enforce rules
-report hackers or players wrote racist comments
-have fun with the other players on the server (really important for me)
-punish:-ban for a time
-lock players in chat and voice chat
-ban forever (for hacker)

On-topic: This does look somewhat rushed, would have been nice to have the template questions included so that I know what segment of writing goes where, but I can understand it for the most part. There is a distinct lack of policy description though.

Okay, ehm...
A few things I want to point out:
- I'm sorry, but the app looks bad to me. It looks like you didn't put alot of time answering these questions. Especially the last 2 ones.
- Only being able to administrate 3 days a week isn't alot.
- We already have 3 trials in FF2. Having more would be unnecessary.

Sorry to say, but I'm going to give a -1 for this one.

Okay, so you're an admin with power to gag, mute, ban and kick players, yet you want to report them to other admins, so they can take care of it?

I suppose you mean gag/mute here? And do you mind telling us your gag time per rule broken? Etc.

So you're just going to ban them straight away?

This is what I mean. Your application lacks so much information.
And about your playtime, I just asked if you were only able to administrate 3 days a week, but in my opinion, it's a bad thing.

-1 because of the lack of information, and the app overall.

Your activity (3 days a week from what I see) isn't very suitable.
As for punishments, some of them can be defined as "What?".

Just like everyone else mentioned, it's not really worth a shot.

You might be a friendly guy, but you don't have what it takes to take care of a server that already has 4 trial admins and 1 full admin + loads of other admins that visit the server from time to time.

Your polices, your reason to be one of us, your methods.... just, no. I'd say -1, this app is way too rushed.
