I can be nice and scrict depending on the issue, I love the server to death, and I wanna help this server so people will go on it and have fun for as long as possible.

I wouldn't allow mic spam, stealing, blocking, attempting to steal, or any others I may have forgot.
I would give three warnings/slays and then ban.
