I got banned by matth too like 6-7 months back , before He resigned He Said that He could unban me at new year but i doubt Kevin would allow him to,you can look on his profile in comments.i regret it too and Now only chance Is gone.

You can still appeal your ban, your chance is not gone. Another admin will attend to your appeal rather than Matth. (Edit: Been told it's a cheating ban. We cannot undo cheating bans )

I'll have a talk with Matth to get proof, but I'm confused by your reason for unban. You said you'd never do it again and that you're out of the group. What does that mean? Later you then said you never cheated.

Moving this back as I've realized relooking at this.

You provided the wrong steamID. You actually provided SadSmiley's steamID instead of your own. So I'm there thinking you're sadsmiley's account. If you didn't sign in using steam I wouldn't of noticed you aren't the steamID you put in.

It looks like sadsmiley might have helped you and given you their template pre filled in but all you edited is the 'reason for unban' and 'username' section.

Settled the confusion in private, hopefully that will not happen again.

The user is banned for duplicate account, not cheating. STEAM_0:1:149605093
The duplication account ban is a false positive.
The appealer did not admit to cheating. They where in a group that they thought could get them banned 3 years ago.

We don't ban users for being in particular steam groups...Well, it has happened before but that was to Kevin's discretion.
Anybody believes we should, take it up with Kevin or make a suggestion.
