I have 2 questions related to your appeal, even though this thread is invalid.
1) Do you have a microphone?
2) Is your brother willing to come onto the microphone and admit how much of a little git he's been?
To fulfil question 2 properly, you will also need to be on the microphone with him, to confirm that there are two living entities and not just another player using the "my brother" excuse.

Reason for ban
uplicate account being accessed during last ban which was from me on 4/12/2016. -
Reason Racism constantly. (forgot to put in the fact he was also swearing, mic spamming, and disrespecting administrators at the time)
Ok so seeing how I'm the one who's banned your brother quite a few times I'll start with a few things here.
Lombardi, your brother, has been repeatedly coming in to the server mic spamming random sounds from either sound boards or what ever he's using. This has resulting in me muting him multiple times now even though he's been warned to stop constantly.
He has had a blatant disregard of the rules regardless of anything and he's been banned for not only the mic spamming but the racist slurs he's thrown out while even knowing an administrator is on and even then disrespecting authority when he's been punished. The fact you and him are on the same connection is sad that you, being one of the nicer of the two banned here, are caught in the crossfire off of his disruptive actions.
I can see you being unbanned but if it continues Lombardi will get banned even more for his actions so you should advise your brother to cease his bad behavior and abide by the rules here so everyone, including yourself, can have fun.
I've even tried to bring myself down to Lombardi's level and speak with him about his behavior prior to the last ban which he boldly claimed he's been an administrator on other things prior but it's still baffling to me how he constantly disregards our rules and even combats administrators when we explain it to him.
So this is the list of what Lombardi has done so far:
Insulting others - Twice
Insulting/disrespecting administrators - Twice
Stealing - Once
Mic Spamming repeatedly - 3 times so far
Racism - Twice

Correct. Brothers and both on the same ip which would be why both are nailed instead of just one.
