Invalid I was banned and when I checked the bans to see the reason is said duplicate accounts and I was banned by the console (1 Viewer)

I never had duplicate accounts , I wasn't hacking , I wasn't being toxic I was just playing the game . I would like to get unbanned since I did nothing wrong
