OK so I really messed up I didn't know of the rules and what mfk was I was trying to get a Heavy that rebelled but he went into a crowd of people i thought that crits was gonna hit the heavy only but instead it killed everyone. I really sorry and I promise not to do it again now I learned the rules and im ready to play again. (sorry for the poor grammar)

Now some General information:
When you first did your MFK I instantly called on you and @Asper handled the call. However as I said in the report he didn't see the MFK so I had to report you. I should also mention that you were also teambanned for teamkilling before I made the MFK report which Asper guardbanned you.

The teamkilling was definitely intentional because iirc the first time you did it you accidentally rocket jumped while the pyro was behind you, which from my perspective you didn't know he was there, but, in the same round, the second time you rocket jumped you intentionally walked over to the pyro that was right in front of you and waited till you got close to him and rocket jumped and killed him then acted as if it was an accident.

As for the MFK, watching back the clip of what TRG posted, the heavy never went out of his cell to a crowd of people. He just used a taunt kill which isn't kos unless warden says otherwise (Also it didn't kill anyone either) and your excuse for the mfk at the time was "They started firing! They started firing!" which reds don't have ammo but I guess you meant heavies using his showdown kill taunt.

IMO I don't think you should be unteambanned and should wait a little longer, but thats not up to me to decide.

After reviewing the evidence I still believe the ban was valid (even though it has expired now). As for the guardban I would like to see you continue to play on the server for a little bit longer to make sure you understand the rules.
