So here i am. I was playing dodgeball at night when i was drunk, i was mainly memeing in chat and such, everyone was laughing and stuff then silorak came in and i was still memeing, then i started spamming binds and i got gagged (not perma gagged), then i came in front of silorak and i was spamming m2 and in perfect moment he reflected when i reflected too and i stole a rocket and stuff in perfect moment and killed him (god dat luck, also this is the only thing i remember from back then) and i wanted to do it again but on a person that was actually moving and stuff and silorak banned me for a limited time and well i dont have a ban anymore. So today i wanted to play some dodgeball for a while and i was still gagged, after like an hour lil' wolf came and i traded him, asking if he ungagged me and i was too lazy to click add friend(s) then search his name so then i gave him an invite to friends, here are the screenshots, but first the chat from when i was drunk (obviously, its not full chat and lil' wolf gave me link to this so i can see the chat)

It isn't a bug.
After we reach about 5-6 punishments, you are given a permanent punishment because you have had plenty of chances.

Now, since @Silorak is a trial admin he wouldn't be able to give you a permanent punishment. But also I don't think he/she is aware of punishment stacking. So it looks like our fellow full admin @Stabbin was being extra helpful by keeping an eye on SB. He noticed that you have reached too many, so he has placed a permanent block on your chat.

Now you know, here is what will happen. Since you've appealed we're basically going to give feedback. Mine is it's too soon to lift the punishment. I hope you see why. Even if you are drunk, with things like this your actions have consequences no matter what state you are in.

The terrible stacking aside, I find it quite impressive how you managed to accumulate four gags in two days. I am against ungagging you (yet), especially after that spamming incident. You were told numerous times by both Zomaxx and me not to spam and you just continued. This to me shows that you don't care. Imo we should keep it on or change it to something like two weeks and a final warning due to the complete lack of stacking.

Well its true that i dont care, and tbh, the amount of things i care about is very small, im there to chill out and not to talk, but i would still prefer talking when im dead and when the only thing i can do is listen to music or talk in chat.

I said that i would prefer just talking in chat when the only thing i can do is listen to music or talk in chat, which is normal i guess? And by not caring, im okay with not being able to talk in chat but i would PREFER to talk, and thats why i made an appeal, because i PREFER to be able to do that thing..
 
It's not just your wishes that are important here, it's also whether or not the community and its staff can trust you to change your behaviour. Since you're meming around even in your appeal, I'm not getting that impression. The only way I would think an ungag is appropriate is if you come with a more sincere message. Until then, you don't deserve it.

Im never serious, even when im talking about life i can come in with a random meme or say "we will all die someday so fuck it". But i guess memes arent acceptable here and you have to be serious cuz you have to.

And yes if you want your appeal to have a better chance of being accepted, you better be serious or the people of Panda won't take you seriously and thus, the deny comes in.

Well, im a well known player on blackwonder surf servers and they are fine with me being there and stuff, and even if admins on other blackwonder servers dont accept me, there is plenty more of communities, dont think if panda community is serious every damn community has to.
 
And tbh, i was only there to chill out with other people that i thought werent THAT serious about every damn thing, soon i experienced that there is only few people that arent serious/that serious. Oh and a little bonus here most of my friends that have played on panda community servers do agree that its fucked up.
