I can´t use chat and nobody hears me in voice chat. (1 Viewer)

Hello,
I have a problem. I´m a long time user of this server and once I was playing on panda community Neon Minecraft server and i got 240 minutes voice chat ban. So after more than a day i tried to use it, but if i write something in chat and then press Enter it disappears. So I tried the voice chat and nobody hears me. Please help i like to speak to people and now when i cant even write I cant trade anymore....... If you can please help me i would be so happy.
