I've looked on alt checkup and I get nothing. (As in none of them banned that are linked to him)
Searched the tag 'rize' but the only thing I see is a cheater (name changer) banned.

Looks like we might need an IP.
Anybody an admin who is friends with this guy?

Got the IP but same result as Madact, no bans found and nothing shows up on alt checkup. I can share the IP if requested.
