Pending [HT] Remove random bullet spread from EU hightower (1 Viewer)

Remove rbs from eu hightower, it's already been removed from NA hightower,
but it's still on EU hightower.
Seems like an oversight.
The servers in question are:

95.156.230.56:27065
95.156.230.56:27105


There is a decent chance that other hightower servers, like the South American server, have rbs on.

This is because it was labelled for US hightower only. If SG hightower has it, it may have been a simple copy from US as the SG servers are the newest of the three servers.

With the lack of playerbase there's no real reason for a poll to be put up. I'll leave this open for a week for anymore feedback.

I doubt that the player that intended it be be exclusivley for US.

There is literally no reason for EU to have random bullet spread enabled whatsoever, especially if one of the few competitor TDM Hightower servers have it disabled as well. If the purpose of TDM servers is DM practice, then it should be ensured that all sources of randomness are removed to mirror the combat and environment in DM, MGE or competitive.
