One becomes an admin when shows affiliation to community, and is regular player on our servers, when one is thrustworthy, have common knowledge of sourcemod (if not, we have crash course), have good relationship towards other players, report rule breakers; spammers... Usually we choose our admins carefully on our own discretion, and when you become one, we expect you to do your job and do not betray the trust that you have indicated on our side. So as you see, it's easier to become an admin on skial than on panda community, because we choose our stuff with caution and devotion.
