Declined Hi, im banned on panda for cheating. (1 Viewer)

A year (or so, i dont remember) ago, i joined a panda mge server while cheating. I know its a permanent ban, but i would like to apologize and ask for a 2nd chance, since i have not cheated after that.
A side note, i do not remember the date and time or account on which i was first banned, since i have changed main alot. I am ip banned though, so if anyone knows how to look up your ban via ip adress, i'd love to hear it.
