- Usually weekends from 14:00 (2PM) - 00:00 (12PM) CET on saturdays, and around 8AM to 16:00 (4PM) on sundays.
- Current timezone of application is the Central European Time (CET) timezone. (GMT+1)
- But I can also be active in weekdays thanks to me splitting up my laptop into two; one for school and one for games.

1st infraction - 6 hours
2nd infraction - 12 hours
3rd infraction - 1 day
4th infraction - 3 days
5th infraction - 1 week
6th infraction - 1 month
7th infraction - permanent

Guardbans
1st infraction - Warn/Slay depending on situation
2nd infraction - 120 minutes
3rd infraction - 240 minutes
4th infraction - 360 minutes
5th infraction - 480 minutes
6th infraction - permanent

Spray bans:
1st infraction - Warn
2nd&last infraction - Sprayban

What would you say makes you a suitable candidate?

So I'm going to apply the same tactic to this one as I did back in #7. Reacting to given feedback.

You just aren't mature enough unfortunately.
Your slightly more chaotic nature, is really not what I want to see on the admin team at the moment.

I know that I can be chaotic, and I've genuinely tried to calm down how much of an annoyance I am in-game. To my knowledge, I think I've definitely improved in that aspect.

but with your inappropriate behaviour in chat tonight it will have to be a -1

Since this incident I've applied a sort of filter to my messages. Everytime I want to send a message I check in myself: "Okay, how appropriate is this message and what will people think of it?" before pressing enter.
I've applied this ground rule to my chat messages and since then the amount of weird / "eh, i dont know about that one chief"-messages from me has decreased.

I've asked around a bit to see what the current admins thought of how well I'm doing. Here's some of those conversations:

This shows the diverse sides of what the admins think.
Personally I do think I want to give the role a try.
I will do my best to not let the mapping side or gameplay side be imbalanced to one another in terms of time spent on those.

For the response of the non-admins:

Overall you can boil it down to the responses being mixed.


I do think I have one last thing to mention.
Regarding that one fun server where I turned on sv_cheats because "they asked for it".
(for those that aren't aware, sv_cheats grants you access to flying around, spawning stuff (until the server crashes) and do a whole lot of other things you normally aren't supposed to do.)

This was a silly fun event that I tried for the first time and I've learned my lesson from this.
Things like sm_forcertd fall under this too, of having people beg "admin please give me [RTD effect] it'd be funny".
Of course, there's the incidental moment where this happens, but I believe this shouldn't be abused.

Regarding rule enforcement, I regularly warn people over VC or in chat of things they do wrong before making a report about it.

Over the last 2 years in this community I've seen people come, I've seen people grow, I've seen people leave.
This server has genuinely helped me grow who I am in a safe and controlled environment.
This server has partially granted me the ability to become a genuinely likeable person. I want to thank you all for that.
I really want to help this server, also in the times that other admins aren't available.

You've already been quizzed multiple times before and I feel like regardless of your responses to the clips if you do receive them it won't change my mind.
You've already mentioned it, but that event you hosted less than a month ago it was. I understand it was supposed to be for fun. But it just makes me lose confidence in the fact that you wouldn't abuse the commands you receive as an admin.
I'm going to have to give a -1 here. At this current time I just cannot have faith in your ability to use your power correctly.
Try prove to me that this isn't the case.

I'm going to give my responses to these, I don't intend to change your mind but I'd like to clarify some things.

Okay so first off I find it a bit unfair that you compare this one-off event (and things like those ALWAYS have a few hiccups and require some measuring to see what works and doesn't) as if that's the leading factor of how I'm going to act throughout the rest of my admin career.

I tried to explain in the app that the stakes were significantly lower in that silly server and that I wouldn't do that in the actual server.

That shouldn't matter at all, right? A joke app isn't supposed to be taken seriously and stands completely seperate from this one. It was just for funsies.

Hi Hehe, I've seen you around a lot and you've been a very nice person in game.
That being said I haven't seen anything in game which would set you apart from the rest of the applicants.

With the sheer amount of people applying you need to do more in order to set yourself apart from the rest, whether it's by helping more people in game or taking a step to being more mature.

I will remain neutral for now
