Played this afternoon about 25 minutes against this player.
To make it simple: He did not orbit or die once.
Very suspicious.
Later I spectated him - pls have a look at the demo.
Especially the last 30 sec rather interesting
Looks all very similar to the "AeroPlaysTF2" case I thought.
