Accepted Hacker on Panda US Dodgeball Server (1 Viewer)

• Steam name: Changed it a bunch, to a blank name and the names of other players on the server.
• SteamID32: STEAM_0:0:161243011 (I think this is it. I types "status" in console multiple times and this is the one i got when he finally had a name of someone who had left, towards the end.)
• Rules broken: Hacking. Changing the names of players on the server, aiming down and hitting the rocket upwards, etc.

Sorry if the demo is long, I had to wait for him to not have the same name as someone on the server. If anything, it definitely shows hacking.
