Why should you receive a unban for the ban / gag / mute: Well i just wanna start off by saying that my aim on this server was never to sabotage anyones experience on the server as im completely against that, the things i've been guardbanned for have been for laughs and have not intentionally cause any grief to anyone on the server, apart from maybe an admin typing in the command to guardban me. I believe i should get unguardbanned because my knowledge of the rules are pretty good, mostly because i ask several questions about them as well as reading the rules. In my opinion i kind of felt favored against on my very last guard ban, because all i did was press a red button by accident. In addition to that i've also NEVER ever hit a button to stop a game ever on this community(obviously people will have others but thats just my view of things), what i did for probably the first time ever was a complete an utter accident. I've also been warned about a couple freekills that were also an accident, and for some reason that stuck even a week after it happened. with admins warning me. I've tried a lot to kind of keep myself together but i guess things just didnt go my way. I apologise to anyone who did have a bad experience with me on blue. But i feel like i deserve another chance because i know what im doing 99.9999999% of the time obviously other times being accidental. Please consider because i dont think i should be perma guard banned as i have plenty of knowledge on how to be a good blue and can follow the rules properly if neccessary. Also i can completely understand if this gets denied If im completely honest but i thought i'd try and get a chance to prove that i can be better than how i was before in terms of following rules n'shet

While I was not the one to issue your permanent guard ban, I just want to make it clear that you actively did something that Got your 3rd guard ban knowing it would get you guard banned and without caring that you would. Just saying that IMO that does not bode well in terms of trusting that you won’t break OTHER rules.

I believe it was vandalizing, and you told me directly afterwards that you didn’t care about the ban/you didn’t regret doing whatever silly/rule breaking thing you did.

And then you baited once, and I told you not to do it, you then pressed your killbind right as you were about to bait another red. I warned you that you’re next punishment would be a perm for guard bans and you (I don’t know if this was sarcastic) said something along the lines of “oh I’ll be good then”

I also recall you saying on multiple occasions that you don't care if you get reported or punished, however, I believe the context is important as you may have been saying it in jest. Maybe this is what he meant Justin when saying he doesn't care as a bit of a joke. Anyway Septic has a bit of a reputation as being a little toxic but honestly, he is a nice guy. My word means very little these days but septic means well.

As for the previous behavior regarding Septic on Jailbreak, it was not good. I agree on that part. However, I think you should go Jailbreak now as he has changed. Maybe not changed his way of speaking to people, which is harmless yet people still fall for the most obvious bait in the book, but now you can actually see him enforcing rules in chat aswell. It's easy to missunderstand what Septic says in mic/chat as it's usually a joke or hidden reference in there, but IMO he has done some major changes regarding reminding people of the rules. "oh I’ll be good then" is an example you used, and it's a good example of where we can missunderstand Septic from time to time. He jokes a lot and that's the reason we think "oh shit damn his attitude is bad", when in fact he actually was dead serious about it and stopped.

I get it, we have had some issues with him as a Guard. I also remember we talked about how much we warned for baiting, which he stopped with when he knew we were dead serious about the warning. Getting guardbanned due to a missclick on a button without warden's permission is rather harsh, when there was no warning regarding that the entire time we played. The warning was just for baiting, which he stopped with. Correct me if I am wrong, this is how I remember the whole thing as I was there aswell with Bambi. I remember we spoke about the baiting, but never the pressing buttons part.

I was going to make a short reply, but I had to add some of the positive changes with Septic aswell. I feel it's very much needed.

So talking with @Bambi on this we don't think you're ready just to receive an unban. There's been a couple of issues with your attitude towards this on the servers and generally don't think you'll improve in less than a week. However we're willing to look at this in the future, perhaps one month from the ban date.

So it's declined, thank you for the appeal
