Why should you receive a unban for the ban / gag / mute Ok so he banned me for 180 min (3 hrs) and its STILL on even though i NEVER joined that guard team that NIGHT

Most likely me or Crypt that guardbanned you.
Remember that the time you are guardbanned counts as time spent alive, meaning you need to play a lot on the red team to get it removed in the first place.
An unguardban would definitly not be advised for you, as you are an repeated offender when it comes to rule breaking and you obviously do not care enough about reading the rules in the first place. Saying that you want to be unbanned or you are gonna "Use your secret card" and I should "just wait till my friend comes on" doesnt help you in any way in this case.
