as for the previous(declined) ban appeal for my 3rd perma teamban, as i did as i was told by nergal, to wait till march(the one year mark for the 3rd perma ban) i have set this up for my 2nd attempt for an appeal for my 3rd perma teamban, i would like to also add that i will try my best(to not fuck up again ingame) and not cause more accidental freekills, hence forth i hope i could be unbanned this year, i would like to sincerely apologize for my misdemeanor years ago, i have changed, i wouldnt dare to make another mistake because the next time there would probably be never a next time for me if i get a 4th perma team ban, which i wouldnt want, since the only community jb server i ever played was panda, and hence my loyalty towards the server itself, thank you.

Seeing as you have waited a full year I will take your word and be very generous and give you one final chance and lift the teamban, especially since we have more admins that can keep an eye on you. Do not blow this final chance; should you get a fourth perma, it will be virtually unappealable for all of time.
