every mornin' starts with a big ol' glass of whiskey by the fireplace, truly magnificent and filled with magical moments.

I shared my first glass of whiskey with my mother on the day I turned 16. She told me there was nothing to be afraid of when sippin' on it for the first time, but she was wrong. It was strong and pretty tough to drink, so she laughed. She later put her hand on my shoulder and told me "this is going to become a big part of your life" as she afterwards stood up and left the room. She was right.
