Invalid Got banned by admin console for using a "Duplicate account" GeForce NOW problem? (1 Viewer)

Okay I made an account for this but when I joined the server, I got insta banned permanently for a duplicate account, I play using GeForce NOW and WLAN Optimizer because it helps reduce ping spikes, I didn't do anything and don't know why I was banned at all, please read this quick.
