Yes I have plenty of experience when it comes to moderation including Sourcemod and moderation/responsibility in general. I was a moderator on Wonderland.TF from August 2019 to October of the same year. I resigned the first time around due to classes taking priority. I reapplied in January 2020 and stayed on the team until November as an Admin. My duties were to moderate all Wonderland servers at the time, but I had taken a personal liking towards Jailbreak and answered a majority of reports there. I handled appeals as well as an admin and voted on applications regularly. Then as well in 2020, I was staff on Elysium.TF in June to January of 2021 as a community supervisor, along with Wonder.TF/Asylum.TF in July of the same year. I handled onboarding of new applicants such as training moderators, hosting events, answering reports, and fulfilling our monthly quota. I had taken a step back from TF2 for a few years afterwards until I stumbled onto SCP:SL. In 2022 I staffed for Doctor Brights as Game Staff from August to December of the same year. My job was simple and it was to just answer reports that were put via discord and the call command. I applied for Northwood the company behind SCP:SL and was hired on July 2023. Since then I have been Marketing, Patreon Representative, QA Tester, Game Dev, Social Media Specialist, and the most relevant (Twitter Admin, Patreon Manager, Human Resources). As Human resources I had to attend and filter applications for our actual company ranging from differing positions, as my two months of HR I attended 130 interviews, helped onboard 43 applicants, and read through 200 applications. As the Twitter Admin I am in charge of making posts from a day to day basis whether it's a funny meme or an important announcement I am trusted to use the account with responsibility as it currently has 16.5k followers and if something were to happen it would be on me. I've been Patreon Manager now for 6 months total and my responsibilities include writing posts, hiring new staff members/attending interviews, and moderation and setup of beta servers. I have recently hosted the 14.0 Patreon Beta our most successful beta yet raking in 20,000 dollars a month, so I am very confident in my abilities.

I believe I am a mature person, and that I am very active when it comes to the servers often playing at an unorthodox time for most. I have a lot of experience when it comes to moderation in general and I genuinely do enjoy playing on this community and talking with other players. This has been the most fun I've had in a genuine long time and I do help out in any possible way I can, this being one that I believe I am good at. I tend to be blunt with others, but I believe this can be a good quality as I believe people should be honest with others, of course blunt does not mean being toxic. For the first clip from what I gathered in the clip the warden was the scout. Throughout the entire clip he doesn't speak once and runs around not in main cells. This causes a freeday because he didnt give orders before 9. If I was on at the time, I'd first check if he has a working microphone. If he doesn't then I'd perma teamban the lad until he does. It seems like he's new so I'd urge the lad to stay on red for the time being and to get well acquainted with the rules, if he stays on blue and doesn't improve then I'd teamban for 2 hours. To explain the leniency, I'd like to welcome and teach new players to play the game and enjoy it. Best way to ensure they learn is to be kind to them.

For the 2nd clip I was a bit unsure to be honest, however after a few rewatches and thinking if I was playing at the time this was my understanding. These two reds are playing a minigame similar to bench hopping. "You go to one place to another without falling". I assume these two reds are at a standstill and warden picks the scout to go first and only the scout, the lines of "that's favoritism" would support it. To me this does seem like favoritism as making only one go and not both would be unfair to the person going. His chuckle and carefree attitude does support this claim as well. I'd then slay warden, check for priors. If not then I'd give a 2 hour teamban to warden and explain to him why having one person go and not both would be considered favoritism.

For the 3rd it seems fairly simple to me. Soldier not only freekills someone by stopping them from jumping, but is baiting by being inside a minigame with reds. I'd slay him, respawn the red and check priors. Id then guardban for 2 hours if it was his first offense. I'd also explain to him why he was guardbanned to prevent any confusion.

One major thing your app has, is a wealth of experience. Which is something you don't see very often. Relevant experience with sourcemod and the like is extremely useful to have, although not necessary is a big plus.
Overall, I think you'd be nothing short of an asset if you were to get admin.

Out of all the applicants I feel like Gale is one of the most active players and is a positive influence on the server. You are on for two hours most days that you connect, and you are someone I see on the daily. West coast might not be the best coast but the timezone does give you an advantage (I believe most admins on the server are European) good luck with your application

The clip as I said was a bit difficult at first with not a lot of context, but with a rewatch the primary part of the report was present. Asking a person to go first without making the other go (Ergo KOSing based on bias) would be very much favortism.
I know I might be in relative terms fairly new to the community, I only really started interacting as of September though I wanted to continue to interact with the community and help out in anyway I can. While 10 days of activity is less than some regulars in panda. When it comes to jailbreak in general I've been staffing since 2019/2020 and playing the gamemode since PBfortress years ago. Been playing Jailbreak for around 9 years and I took a break back in 2022. I picked up Panda JB not thinking much and it took me off my break because I enjoyed it that much. I wanted to also add that the 10 days have been over the course of 3ish months which considering University and Work shows how much I enjoy playing on this community. In that time I've made an effort to learn everything I could about rules, regulars, and have grown accustomed to them! I've also made it a case to interact with events even outside of Jailbreak but within panda because I enjoy interacting with the community. I do note that you said my previous experience absolutely makes up for it and thank you! Though I wanted to add a bit more as I felt I could.

I'd be willing to forgive a couple of reports being invalidated but it keeps happening and with your experience you really should know better to not send in reports if it doesnt have the full context situation. Could you give me some thoughts to this process here because i don't know if its you being overzealous or just simply a mistake.

Hi! So i responded a bit in discord, but to clarify here. As of late I have been playing a lot more frequently this can be reflected in my HL Stats sessions, these reports are typically a minority of what happens in game of such long sessions. I don't want it to give off the impression that I am trigger happy as I was someone who defended kye's actions within his report. People make mistakes, that's how they learn via playing JB and they should be taught instead of punished. The clips in where not enough context is provided is primarly due to my medal software breaking as of late. I have a keybinding that would clip the last 2 minutes, this typically worked before however as of late whenever I download and send these videos it turns them to only 15s. I have only caught onto this after the reports have been declined unfortunately. I am moving away from using medal and instead using demo recordings as it is a more reliable form of gathering evidence. There are a lot of times where people make mistakes and I figure it'd be best to not report, these have actually been clipped by myself because after I remind them of the correct ruling they end up following it! It makes me happy when i have a positive impact on players. If you'd like I can back up these claims with said clips as I've doubled checked to make sure those work. I also do want to note that the oct 6th report was a month after I joined and I was still adjusting to the rules at the time! I hope this response does suffice, again I am not to quick to pull the trigger. I understand why you may have thought that and I would have too seeing it from the outside, however it was a geniune clipping issue at the moment! Thankful for letting me explain, and for your kind words
