(Note: Our gag isn't shown anywhere we can see, or I really don't know how to use Banlist)

On Deathrun mode, The Rick and I was playing normaly. At the start, we just stayed (aka delayed as admin says) at back while everyone else was alive, so this is not delaying... after a while we got banned (not suprising at all). I don't have any problem with that but after our ban expired we even got PERMA-gag, I really don't know if I said something agaist the rules or did something other than staying at back but I believe there is a problem with our perma-gag. No explanation given after our perma-gag and we just learned that Rick and I both are gagged.

Anyway, playing with gag is pointless so either remove the gag and we will behave as YOU want or perma ban us

also with 3 gags for Inappropriate language it's not really our fault.
 
I should be the one to leave my reply since I was the one that asked for the gags.

First of all, you guys are one of the most toxic players I've met on deathrun. After what @Kevin wrote on your last appeal ( https://www.panda-community.com/threads/being-banned-unfairly.12972/#post-69139 ) I thought you have learned your lesson and stopped your behaviour but no, you just appeared on the servers after some months of inactivity and go back into being yourselves.

(btw, since your last appeal was accepted, this one should be marked invalid for weeazist, but since it's an appeal for both him and The Rick, The Rick's can still be taken into consideration.)

Second, the bans were justified. It's stated in the rules that you shouldn't delay, and you should participate actively on the gamemode. Staying behind on the map is exactly the opposite of that.

• No delaying the round.
You get 7 minutes per round and you may utilize that by taking a bit of time at difficult pieces, but keep a move on, actively participate to the gamemode.

You guys were given enough warnings as it is (and in all honesty I feel like I was soft on both of you), yet you keep on causing disrupt on the server. The racist behaviour, the nazi signs, the insults, the delaying... Are you really that sure your punishments aren't justified?
