I already teambanned and gagged him when I witnessed him bait/freekill/and being toxic earlier on. On a side note, he renamed himself and changed his profile to look like a JM_FROST clone after I gave him the punishments, but before I could take further action, he left the server.
Guardbanned for 120 minutes
Gagged for 720 minutes (possibly change to 480 since this was his first offense?)
(these punishments were issued while I was on the server before I saw this report in case if I confused anyone)
