There is no template for forum related reports, so I made my own.

Rules broken: racial slur, insulting, provoking, bragging about using ALT account while being banned, being annoying.

There is probably so much more to add, but I belive this should be enough. I don't appriciate racism in shoutbox nor the childish behavior from reported forum member.
