So I can say things about certain users on here that need to be said without me getting banned.

That's a tad of an extreme, unless you're doing something along the line of spamming thread, reactions, or anything deemed too inappopriate enough to get banned then at worst the thread would be deleted ( if not for it being a shitpost). You can post pretty much anything not related the server in the offtopic section, at worst you'll get negative reactions. There's nothing restricting your freedom of expression or anything along that line.
