It is the second time I myself see the player in question do the same thing- on his turn as the boss, he chooses Spyper and plays normally until his rage. Then, he repeats the invis - get away from players - pick up ammo - snipe cycle, as shown in the demo (I joined in the middle). Other players said that the boss kept this cycle for around 20 minutes.

First off, we are really sorry for this long waiting time but sadly I have to tell that he was just searching for a good sniping spot.
However from the demo you see someone ghosting heavily, he will be punished for this.
