Hello, this hale is a hale I've suggested three times before, I think, honestly not sure but regardless of that I took things a bit too far by the end of it all with him, I'm now resuggesting him for the fourth time with a more traditional down to earth approach, abilities and all which aims to be interactive both for the hale and the players on the red team.

Degroot royal is a hale that smashes stuff, when he kills someone, when he rages and when he uses his special slam ability, most of these will knock players away from him or outright instantly kill them, and even him (more on that later).



Minor detailings that should always be addressed
  • Main form of mobility being a super jump: 6.5s Cooldown
  • Weighdown on a 5.0s cooldown
  • 206 damage melee (natural extended sword range)
as for the important stuff
  • Whenever you kill someone as this hale at all, you'll create a shockwave that'll send your foes away from you in a big radius (deminishes the further away they are) and instantly kill buildings in a small radius around you
  • His special slam ability, which you must be airborne to perform, instantly causes him to slam onto the ground dealing moderately low damage (35 damage at close range which decays the further away your victims are) and knocking anyone back incredibly (with mention again to the effects being weaker the further away they are), this ability deals incredibly high damage to buildings (a multiplier of 10x) whilst sporting a 10s CD with a rage cost of 15
Now for the fun part that makes the hale unique
  • Rage: Necro smash storm (volume warning)
  • All players within a 5000 radius (which'll catch everyone usually) will be necro smashed where they're currently standing (airborne players are necro smashed as soon as they land), this will instantly kill anything regardless of what happens if it hits, the hale included, after 6 seconds everyone gets necro smashed again.
  • Slowly moving giant hammer rockets will spawn from the sky which'll instantly kill any red players that come into contact with them, which don't deal any damage to degroot at all, 7 rockets will spawn every second in a large radius wherever the hale moves for 10 seconds
  • Degroot royal gains a uber and quickfix buff for 7.5s after raging


I will note one thing and one thing only, the rage will and always will be loud unless there's a plugin that softens the volume upon rage, whether that muddies your opinion for this hale is entirely up to you.

I'd also like to mention that if there's any future suggestions for hales within a good time frame, primarily in mention to say gray mann due to ham reworking the hale to be unique and from having seen it, it's pretty gosh dang good, I'd prefer seeing that hale get in first than this hale because of the hale reservations only allowing for one more currently to much of my dismay, incredibly.

This hale will work without any issues, I have play tested him and he does work.

I mainly feel like this hale would help a ton of problems when it comes to others, one of the main ways a hale dies (especially new players) is, they get crowded, stuck, and die. Another problem it'd resolve would be camping BB heavies or Sticky trap demos. It doesn't hurt to try, so far this is the most unique boss i've read other than Ronald and i'm all in on it.
