Rule that he broke: Crashed the server using broken hale (Mr. Meeseeks), even though he perfectly knew about the crash situations because I have warned him many times before, but people even told him again before starting the round as the broken hale to not kill anyone or rage and I told him to quickly type retry in the console, so nothing on the server can happen, but he didn't listen to anyone and went straight for the kill. After that, he said that he doesn't care and started promoting people to play Meeseeks..

Quick note: The evidence was cut through Nvidia's instant replay software, I cut out some parts of the videos that include nothing but my gameplay, which is useless, so I deleted the gameplay moments and left only the important parts.
