First you have to make a perfect 360 noscope, followed by a 420 quickscope. Then you need the key to play Half Life 3 and type the key down in chat while playing hightower all in one jump. Then you get a secret achievement which gives you this pink awp with this name.

I forgot to mention that you have to play as a heavy with gabe glasses.
