Why were you punished? On the list for the mute it says Alting

Why should we revoke your punishment? All my offences have been on the same steam ID. That and I was told by Zero pc from before at the time the reason for the mute was because apparently I was speaking another language besides English even though I cant speak other languages accept English. I wish to have this false mute removed off my account (this has been 2+ years since my mute) on the servers for Panda community. This mute should not have been Permanent. Thank you very much for taking the time out of your day to read this and hopefully this can be resolved.

1. The mute was not false.
2. It was perma because it was your 6th punishment.
3. I remember you. You were incredibly toxic nearly all the time, and I don't see anywhere in this appeal where you say you want to change your ways. Just a "false mute" accusation.

I don't see any sign of change.
