First off if you want to report a player please head over to the Player Reports secion, rather than feedback.
Secondly littlecandy is admin on that server, and she plays there a lot. Just because somebody gets a lot of points does NOT mean they are hacking, and I would advise you not to deem something as hacking unless you know more about it and you are sure.
If you want to report somebody for hacking you will need actual proof aside from a scoreboard on which somebody has a good collection of points (e.g. a recording).
Lastly though, welcome to the panda community! We hope that you like our servers and will continue to play there. I can guarantee you that we do NOT tolerate hacking and our servers are kept hack free. If there ever is a problem in a server, use the /calladmin option to call one of us in.
