I originally made this for servers that either used VSH mode or were melee only and I didn't think Panda would finally get around to allowing weapons. Now that they have, which is awesome, it has created a new problem on here that being the activator can just shoot the reds since I never imagined the activator would have weapons.
That is now fixed in version b16.
