I assume all of this started with me telling Xeno that him overall just saying "who want me" and spamming it isn't really allowed by the rules and I suggested him to stop. When I told him this, he seemed quite annoyed that I talk about things that seem small to him and he kind of avoided this. After this he and his friend Big Boss started to target me when rebelling and that is fine, but when they rebel and succeed in it and start to purposefully use the sentence "who want me" to annoy me and provoke me, then it doesn't seem okay anymore. Even when a fellow red killed me and they weren't even affiliated with me dying, they still decided to spam the sentence for some reason. Commenting about the situation under Big Bosses mute appeal, Xeno was fast to reply with the following sentence "we said it once only tho its our catchphrase after we rebel we mean no harm its just a joke between me and big boss ". So it being their "catchphrase" that they use (which I think still goes under spam if you say it pretty much every round) when they succeed in rebelling, I started to dig in my recordings and I discover that when another blue player died, this chat didn't pop up anymore. When other blue players died either to Xeno or another red team player the chat didn't pop up so it kinda seems like it was aimed at me as this only happened when I and only I died to them or to another player or even when I died in a minigame, this chat still managed to pop up by either one of them or mainly both of them. All of this seems kind of provokating and seemed harassing at times when there was absolutely no reason for them to use their beloved "catchphrase". I am also certain I told them both to stop with this when I was using my mic on blu but I wasn't able to find the proof for this as the recordings which I looked through to find this were hours long.

And I probably won't answer a lot under this report if somebody starts talking here as I do NOT want to overcrowd it with random text that can be talked about somewhere else.

you suggested us to stop spamming but we werent spamming we just said who want me after everytime we killed u as funny little gag if you are so upset by it you could have said please stop i dont feel comfortable but you didn't you replied with passive aggressive threats on reporting us even though what we are saying has no real meaning and is just an old meme its just a funny little inside joke between me and dunk i also said it today randomly at different times and not in spam usually after a round ends or when a round starts you made this whole report on us spamming even though we broke no rules

No rules were broken though, I don't see us spamming more so writing it at different times. In your own footage we didn't say who want me because we didn't successfuly rebel and or kill any blus. If saying a catchphrase is spam, then giving the most basic orders as warden should be spam aswell, because it gets said every round?.... You're trying to make this about yourself because you feel targetted for just us saying an old inside joke we used to say privately togheter as friends. Remember, we told you this before. ☺

If you think you HAPPEN to ONLY say your "catchphrase" when ONLY I die to someone is random then good for you. I am not here to really argue with you guys as I told you over mic atleast once that I'm not comfortable with you saying that when I died as it just seemed as a attempt to provoke me or maybe even bully me. And you can try to fight with me over this here but I will not be flooding the chat here with these things as all I have to show was shown and all I had to say was said. All of the 2nd part of the evidence was to show that the "paragraphs" were said when I died.

judging by this clip right here you're very aggressive and angry for no reason *still didnt tell us to stop btw you actually told us to say it if we want to*we didnt curse at you or make fun of you and you even said it back to us and we replied with the same thing after killing one of us trying rebel and i replied with the same thing in a joking way

we never heard you say that and you have no proof of saying it to us but you can say it now if you dont want us to say it whenever we kill you just say it here and we wont say it you anymore and even if you dont we wont say it to you again for your sake cuz this is obviously making you very displeased ok friend ❤.

I might get some counterarguments against this, but:

d) Chat spamming
Flooding the chat with the same message or with useless, unintelligible content that disrupt communication or are deemed otherwise irritating is forbidden. Additionally, refrain from typing in caps.

The term "flooding the chat" here is loosely used here; it doesn't strictly mean non-stop spamming the same message every single possible second.

I looked through both players' chat history and typed in "who want me" in the chat filter, and I got two pages' worth of "who want me" (or variations thereof) for both of them (many of them were within short timespans). Because of the video Xeno provided I can't really say if this really was targeted harassment but I believe this still qualifies as spam regardless and is sufficient enough to warrant comms for both of them, especially given both have a history of comms (some of whom were for spam).
