You must not block teleportation areas(both inbound and outbound) with dispensers/sentries/teleporters in an attempt to trap the enemy team. This applies to all teleportation areas.
"No blocking teleport spawn/exit areas by any means"
Since it will involve not only buildings, but to players as well. Any class could simply stand on the spawn area while probable sentries and their teammates will be waiting for whoever unfortunate comes into the room.

Feels like we are gonna eventually come to the conclusion that you are not allowed to leave the spawnroom. Problem solved
Serious now though, this is a good point. I've seen plentiful of spies doing this and just backstabbing whoever comes through. Or pyros/heavies sitting there with mouse 1 pressed down next to a dispenser.
Well you can't block with characters unless you're on the enemy team, but that's when you give them a good old wack.
As for the killing part, backstabbing and backburning as soon as they get out of the teleportation area, that is something...But I'll have to word it something else as it's more restricting as some people can actually get through this so I'm not sure if blocking is the same word to use in this?
