When i'm in #25 trade i sometimes get this bug where it makes me have no weapon for the demo man. it's only if i have a melee weapon out and if i have got a demo knight load. Can Anyone tell me why this could be happening and possible ways to solves it? There is a screenshot of what I'm talking about:

It's possible that it forces a set weapon to be spawned with - in terms of secondary, primary, etc.
It might be forcing your shield or boots.
