Why should you receive a unban for the ban / gag / mute / teamban: I was 1 of 2 blues on Jailbreak. I was not warden. Warden asked since there's only 2 of us should I turn on FF. I said yes sure turn it on. Pinecone claimed she told me not to say it but I barely heard her with all the other people on mic. She then gagged me for 3 days. Warden received no punishment for turning on FF. I honestly think that was unreasonable. I wish instead of escalating the situation, Pinecone could announce you can't turn on FF and restate the rules for us. Not a good experience from her immediately resorting to banning. If she did screen record it, I would gladly appreciate it Pinecone could provide it.

Sorry, but those came after the abusive admin made her decision to escalate a situation? I have a right to call her out on it. If admins want to immediately resort to banning or gagging without warnings, then that's just not right? At the end of the day it's a game. We're here to have fun. When Pinecone decided to mute me and not the warden, she sets a bad example. I also saw she's fairly new as an admin. @PistolPoppinSince02 , you decide to attack me as a player rather than correct your admin's abusive behavior. It's a 3 day gag and I don't really mind waiting, however it's not really the best decision by her in that situation.

Unfortunately, I do not have evidence of the situation.
I did not warn you over voice, I did so in chat (I was not alive). It wasn't directed just at you because you were not the only one telling the warden to turn on FF. There was only two blus, warden and you. The warden was struggling because I believe he was new and people were saying "press 5" and "turn on ff" so I said in chat "Do not encourage rule breaking". The warden at one point asked how to reopen the warden menu. Eventually, while the reds were doing obby, you said "turn on ff". The warden ended up doing so, without warning, causing at least one of the reds to die. Let's say warden had asked you about turning on FF, you should not say yes in this instance. Your mute is for 3 days due to stacking, not just this situation alone. I believe this situation would not have happened without your encouragement. I did have a word with the player that was warden later.
Even if my punishment was too harsh, your treatment towards me in chat is not acceptable. I did not gag you only because you decided to drop it from chat after I warned you to.
In my opinion, the mute should stay.

Why is it, I only got gagged? I am relatively new also. I haven't played this in about a year, so excuse me if I don't remember? Regardless of that, even if reds or blues tell the warden something, isn't it their responsibility to take accountability over their own actions? Why am I being punished? Why didn't you just tell the warden to not do FF? Why are you directing it to me? You don't deserve respect if you escalate a situation. Therefore I did insult you and if you do something like this in real life, the same consequences to you would occur from other people. Overall its a game, and you obviously don't know how to be an admin for a game because you take it way too seriously. Hopefully you don't have any real authority in real life. Edit - If the admins think I'm wrong, fine, but please correct Pinecone as well. Just a childish admin. Not a good way overall to handle a situation. And you can't expect people to be polite to you when you handle a situation badly. "Even if my punishment was too harsh, your treatment towards me in chat is not acceptable." No what's not acceptable is for you to give a punishment that's too harsh in the first place? Like calm down, relax, you're an admin in an online server in a game. Just respawn the red, tell the warden not to ff, tell me directly not to say that, otherwise just give me a quick warning?

Chiming in now. I am the mentor of Pinecone during the trial phase, and I will be closing this appeal with an upgrade to a gameserver ban.
Appealing anytime soon will be an enormous uphill battle for the foreseeable future. If you want to know why we're upgrading, then check the sourcebans for Panda. But surely you know why by now. Thank you for making this decision crazy easy.
