I disagree with his, as he doesn't seem to use a foreign language. He just seems to purposely misspell words trying to be funny. Although I could tell what he was saying in all his chat history.

I would stay neutral on this one as he never really spammed too much and when he did each post was usually 6-10 seconds apart.

@Husky Excuse me, this is a bit hypocritical coming from someone who used to do just that before their promotion. The lad tried to help, got corrected, handled it like a champ so I don't see the problem.
