- removed fragradio from quickplay servers because wont work since valve restricted the MOTD there
- fixed flags on orange so that donators can now open the !ccc menu
- updated advertisements (will be done during the night)

- fixed surf settings to make surfing smoother around corners
- Hightower 1 + 2, 2Fort, Mario Kart, Jailbreak, Duel, Orange and the Trade Server got now timelimits to prevent that "lags" until the server runs several days

- updated all subdomains to work only with https to get more security
