Can't join Jailbreak server (1 Viewer)

The jailbreak server is not appearing correctly on my game. it says it is on Jb_volcano, with nobody playing. When I try to join, it stops loading at three bars of Parsing Game Info. I've uninstalled and reinstalled TF2, to no effect. Is it on my end or the servers end?

its not on your end exclusively, im also having this problem however ricky says kevin will deal with it asap

i've checked and couldnt see any issue - perhaps it was a steam hiccup.
