So my question is about if you can get permission to apply for admin from trials...I see people getting permissions from green boys but never from the orange boys...

So yeah

Can you get permission to apply from trial admins?

Trial Admins can not give permission whatsoever.
Either ask the Full Admins assigned to that specific server, or ask Madact incase no admin is assigned for that specific server
