I can confirm that Both C1R and Umbuku = Gay are both hacking, attempting to steal, and stealing.
They both indeed have very shifty airblasts. For example when C13 had his back turned towards the rocket coming towards him and still manages to airblast that rocket from probably the back corner of his player. How they never even flinched to airblast. The only exception to that is when Umbuku kind of did a slight upspike by looking a few tiny degrees upwards to make the rocket be blasted over like a slight arch.
Maybe Umbuku could be a honest non-hacker (even though he steals and attempts to steal), but from the video provided by Dominoose I can infer that they may have been stealing multiple times as well. Just to add on to their potential permanent ban from a full admin.
I'll have a +1 towards the banning of these two players.
