Bro.....Cz camped a lot near that supply locker on the second stage of his base as a sniper.

I told him and I repeated that it was forbidden, but he didn't replied. I thought that he wasn't reading, but I told him one last time to "don't camp near a supply locker as a sniper please", I told him that it was forbidden on the rules list, and he replied "nope" as you can see in the "spam3" demo.

Even if he got killed by people sometimes, he kept coming near the supply locker as you can see in the demo.

We should edit the map and move the resupply lockers or add a bullet block right in front of them.

What do you mean with a bullet block? It sounds like people who are standing near the locker are protected from being hit by bullets. Which would reward people from camping them even more.

No,it stops all objects fired,so standing near the resupply locker and shooting will result in your rocket/sniper/whatever you spam to disappear.
