After I got unbanned from a permanent ban I got a permanent guardban, I have been behaving as a perfect player ever since.
But I still miss the BLU team A LOT and I would love to play on it again, ofcourse I will still behave as I am supposed to.
So could I please be unguardbanned? This happened about 2 months ago, so I think that I have learned my lesson and i will behave as I have behaved these past 2 months. (This is a copy and paste of my last unban appeal because nothing much has changed, i just added some stuff.)

I told you to wait for a little longer to return to the BLU team since you just got back from a permanent ban from this community. (heavy punishment)

So, I don't think you're able to listen to me correctly for one... which I understand because who else would break the rules that many times to actually earn a permanent ban.
And second of all this, there are a lot of players who are bothered by you in steam chat, ingame chat, voice chat and on the forums (also, nice achievement getting more dislikes than actual likes on Panda. never seen that before)

Since you didn't listen to my warnings I will grand you a permanent guardban from our Jailbreak server so you don't have to ask it again/make threads about it.
You are still on your last warning to get banned from every server as wel since all the complains we recieve from players about your behaviour/attitude.

For the 4th time, I don't hate you.
I am doing my job and my judges are based on your actions NOT my emotions or personal opinion about you.
I hope you can finally get that after telling you that' this many times by now.

For other players who read this thread, you may want to avoid "cat" from your friendlist since there are a lot of complains about toxic behavior from this player, he is on his last warning and we are sorry if you are he bothered you in any way on the servers or any kind of communication possibility like steam chat.
You can always report these issue's to full admins like myself or make a player report/thread on the community website so we can act on it, thank you for understanding and my personal apology to the ones who feel offended by his actions.

-TottallyNotaCat has a permanent guardban on Jailbreak.
-TottallyNotaCat is on his last warning of breaking rules on our servers.
