Ive seen before an instance where Madact made a point that a recording was so short that it could not really be used to accept the report. While its clear that he spoke actual words and wasnt just verifying his mic, in the future having a longer recording might help to show "this isnt a case where you would just give a warning to the person and not punish them: least thats my take.

I'm willing to accept this.
The user is a regular and should know the rules on deadtalking / overtalking by now. He's completely disturbing the round by doing so as well.
