Just looking at it from a time period point of view I'd probably consider it within the next week.

Not at this point, you don't even acknowledge the rest of what I've said.
I want to see improvements, that means no rule breaking and at least some decent activity towards jailbreak so I know you're at least taking the effort to play and know the rules.

I've ended up placing a gag. I did mention in your previous appeal you would be monitored and punishments may be placed without warning.
Learn the rules @Cozen , another month till you can appeal for it.
