Yea, this does tend to happen. It's a flaw in the SMAC programme, don't worry about it.

EDIT: apparently it's not SMAC but a different plugin, which specifically targets name hacks. Oh well, it's still a programme that fucked up. Just editing this before someone else corrects me on it.
